Attention: Tuba, Euphonium, Sousaphone & Baritone Players of all Ages.
Join us on December 17, 2011 for the 16th Annual Merry TUBACHRISTMAS Orlando Concert to be performed on the Band Stage on Park Avenue in Winter Park.

We will soon be announcing the conductor for the event – but we know you’ll be pleased!

General Information

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR

The amount of chairs will be limited.

If you have any extra chairs, please bring them.

Registration opens at:  9:00am (Please arrive early so you aren’t late for the rehearsal)
Rehearsal: 10:00am to 11:30am
Lunch Break: 12:00pm to  1:00pm
(Hot Chocolate, Hotdogs, Water, Sodas and Chips Will be for Sale at the Event)
FREE Concert: 1:00pm

Registration Information

A PRE-REGISTRATION FORM will be available soon for your download

Register adjacent to the band stage in Central Park. The registration fee is a $8.00 tax deductible donation to the Harvey Phillips Foundation. Cash or checks made payable to Gail Robertson will be accepted. Each Registrant will receive a TUBACHRISTMAS 2010 Commemorative Button.

The Band Stage is located on N. Park Avenue in downtown Winter Park, at the north end of Central Park close to Canton Avenue. (North of Rollins College). Parking available on Garfield Avenue.

Music: Each registrant needs a copy of Carols for a Merry TUBACHRISTMAS – Vol. 2. If you do not have your own copy from a prior year, you may purchase a copy at registration for $18.00.

Checklist:

  • Your INSTRUMENT with mouthpiece (and valve oil)
  • Your  CHAIR (and a few extras if you can)
  • A MUSIC STAND or lyre
  • A few WIND CLIPS or CLOTHES PINS to hold your music
  • Carols for a Very Merry TUBACHRISTMAS Vol. 2 music book or $18.00 to purchase one at the event
  • $8.00 registration fee
  • Lunch money
